have same cancel policy as our holidays.

Discounts not valid on Holidays, Halloween weekends, weekly or monthly rates.
Rates include up to 4 (2 adults & 2 children under 18) people.
Military discount of 10% at check in, must show ID. not valid on holidays, special events or weekly/monthly stays.
No stakes of any type are allowed on RV sites
Tents are not to be put on any site

Information
~We ARE NOT engineered to have sites that allow buddy camping(awning to awning) You must park in the site with utilities to your left ( Driver side)
~Check-in: 3:00 pm~Check-out: 2:00 pm (no check ins after 9pm unless arranged)
~Early check-in 12 pm-2 pm is $5 per hour, Late check out is $5 per hour up to 5 pm
~check in prior to 12 pm or check out after 5 pm is charged half day rate.
~We have a gate system, Please return card upon leaving in our drop box. Fee charged to card on file for not returning it. NOT TO BE USED TO LET VISITORS IN!
~Electric golf carts only, there is a $10 fee must show insurance, only licensed drivers
Children 12 and under must wear a bike helmet
Adult supervision is required at the pool for ages under 16
~Electric bikes may only be used by licensed drivers and maintain our 5mph speed limit

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Hidden Springs Campground is not responsible for weather, illness or other situations, our cancellation policy will be enforced regardless of circumstances. Refunds are not given for weather, Amenities not able to be used, early departure or if asked to depart the campground.
No refunds or transfers for deposits on Holidays or Halloween weekends. Credit Cards will be billed for the full holiday/special event amount for no-show or cancellations within
14 days of check in date.
One night fee and reservation fee ($25)
if cancelled between 15-30 days prior to check in date(holiday/special event only)
Full cancel policy is in our terms and conditions when reserving online also in
confirmation email
Cancellation for non holiday: 6 days prior to check in date of non holiday or non special events- your full reservation fee charged to credit card on file. 7 days or more is charged admin fee of $25. A one time transfer may be done( up to 7 days of reservation date) in the current season, full payment must be made, no refunds once transferred. Transfer not valid on holidays or special events. Monthly reservations have a $100 no refundable deposit. Cancel policy is in our terms and conditions when reserving online also confirmation email
Gate cards are to be returned upon leaving. If they are not returned there is a $50 fee charged to card on file. You have a 7 day window to mail back.
You are not to let visitors in with your gate card, they must check in
at the office during office hours. Un-registered visitors are trespassing!
Visitor Fee
Daily rate- $10.00 per person

Your welcome to have visitors while camping with us, please remember all guests must register at the office, pay a fee and get a pass. You may have a total of 8 persons to a site. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. Visitors must check in during office hours, All visitors must leave by 11pm.
Pet Policy
All well behaved pets are welcome
You must clean up after your pet
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, it can be no longer then 6ft.
Flexi leads are not allowed
Pets are not allowed to be tied to anything unattended
No pet stakes can not be driven into the ground
Please let us know you have a pet when you arrive
We are very pet friendly!!
You are solely responsible for the actions of your pet

^upon availability, a/c can't be left on, you can not occupy your site during the week
At Hidden Springs, our goal is to make your camping vacation as relaxing and pleasant as possible. All our RV sites have 20/30/50amp electric, 25 are full hook-up, others are W/E only. Every campsite comes with a picnic table and fire ring to make your outdoor meals or
just relax by a warm fire. Visit our camp store for supplies and snacks!

We are a family campground, we ask our campers to practice
"camping etiquette" while staying with us by showing respect for other campers. We do enforce this and our quiet time hours. Being intoxicated and disorderly is not something we encourage nor tolerate. Being social and having a few drinks are expected.
